WHAT ARE THE BASIC METHODS OF PAYMENT?
Cashier's check, Discover, MasterCard, Money Order, and VISA.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
Deadlines vary by state. Most occur Tuesday or Wednesday mornings for the following week's placement. Earlier deadlines for holiday weeks.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
Mostly ads that do not comply with state and federal regulations. Call with or fax ad copy for pre-approval on specific restrictions.
WHAT HEADING WILL THE STATEWIDE OR NEWSPAPERS RUN MY AD UNDER?
The display ad program is a "run of the paper" (ROP) program. Your ad may appear anywhere within the newspaper - at the newspaper's discretion.
WILL MY AD APPEAR IN COLOR?
All ads will appear in grayscale (black and white) only. We are not able to place color ads at this time in our Community Target Program.
WILL I GET A DISCOUNT IF I RUN MY AD MORE TIMES?
These are already discounted rates. However, we do offer a 7% discount on the total order price when a "group" is ordered for 3 or more consecutive weeks with no ad changes.
HOW MANY RESPONSES WILL I GET IF I RUN THIS AD?
A well-written and well-tested ad selling good products or services generally receives good responses. Sorry, we cannot guarantee responses.
CAN I RUN MY AD IN REGIONS?
Yes, in some states. Call for pricing.
IS IT COST EFFECTIVE FOR ME TO RUN MY AD THROUGH STATEWIDE NETWORK?
Yes! Your cost for an ad that is approximately 4" wide X 2" tall will run as low as $6 per newspaper. The savings per newspaper is generally 80% or more!
WHAT ABOUT THE TEAR SHEETS OR PROOF OF PUBLICATION?
Proof of publication or tear sheets are not provided. However, you may call individual newspapers and request a copy.
